Second Special Report on the Monitoring of the Ethnic Perspective in the Implementation of the Colombian Final Peace Accord

The Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies presents its second special report on monitoring the implementation of the ethnic approach for the November 2020–November 2021 period.This report presents the importance of progress on peace, reconciliation, and territorial and ethnic peoples’ practices of resistance. The reporting period corresponds with the fifth year anniversary of the Final Accord. The Kroc Institute team analyzed approximately 300 implementation events that occurred between November 2020 and December 2021 related to the 80 ethnic stipulations.
