Victims at the Center: Status of Implementation of the Final Accord from Victim’s Perspective

This report presents the status of implementation of the Colombian Final Accord’s stipulations focused on victims’ rights and covers the period from December 2016 to September 2022. The five key areas of analysis include the right to truth, the right to justice, the right to reparation, Guarantees of Non-Recurrence, and victims’ participation.
