Video from the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies, corresponding to the fourth comprehensive report on the status of the implementation of the Final Agreement in Colombia entitled “Three years after the signing of the Final Agreement in Colombia: Moving toward territorial transformation. December 2018 to November 2019″. In this video, “Point by point: The Status of Peace Agreement implementation in Colombia. Point 3: End of the conflict. This point seeks to put an end to the armed conflict with the former FARC-EP guerrilla forces through the Reincorporation of ex-combatants. It also contains stipulations related to demining and combating corruption. The issues addressed here include socio-economic reincorporation, security guarantees for ex-combatants who have accepted the Agreement, and political participation. They present how is implementation of point 3 progressing, challenges and opportunities.
