Video from the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies, corresponding to the fourth comprehensive report on the status of the implementation of the Final Agreement in Colombia entitled “Three years after the signing of the Final Agreement in Colombia: Moving towards a territorial transformation. December 2018 to November 2019″. In this video, “Point by point: The Status of Peace Agreement implementation in Colombia. Point 4: Solution to the problem of illicit drugs. This point promotes the creation of spaces to reform drug policy with the participation of civil society members. Its content is directly related to point 1 on Comprehensive Rural Reform, since both seek to transform inequalities in rural contexts that have allowed the emergence of illicit economies. Here, the problem is approached in a comprehensive way, aiming to end drug trafficking as a wartime economy. They present how is the implementation of point 4 progressing, its challenges and opportunities.
