Launch of the fourth comprehensive report on the status of the implementation of the Final Agreement in Colombia, entitled “Three years after the signing of the Final Agreement in Colombia: Moving toward territorial transformation. December 2018 to November 2019″. They present a video that generally addresses the main conclusions of the Kroc Institute’s Fourth Report; then the panelists delve into some key messages of the report and finally receive and answer questions from the audience.
