Entity responsible for leading the process of ex-combatants’ Reincorporation into civilian life. Its main function is to provide comprehensive support to ex-combatants, promoting their social, economic, and political reintegration, as well as the building of a stable and lasting peace. It participates in accord implementation by managing, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating—in coordination with the competent bodies—the policies, plans, programs, and projects for FARC-EP members’ reincorporation and normalization, in accordance with the Final Agreement (Decree 897 of 2017).
