President César Gaviria appoints Jesús Antonio Bejarano as Presidential Advisor for Reconciliation, Normalization and Rehabilitation (Decree 1558 of 1990), in order to negotiate with the Simón Bolívar Guerrilla Coordinator (CGSB).
