The Common Front for Peace and Against Violence is created as an advisory and consultative body to the Government on peace matters. It was composed of Horacio Serpa Uribe, Ciro Ramírez, Luis Fernando Alarcón, Antonio Navarro, Samuel Moreno, and Luis Guillermo Giraldo.
