“In the last decades, the Colombian State has been produced multiple visions and proposals to determine the problematic basis of agriculture as well the ways of treating it… This document describes and analyzes the historical transformations of the relationship between the colombian state and the agricultural sector in the period 1961-2015 based on the analysis of the main proposals and interventions in public policy that have arisen, such as the Instituto Colombiano de Reforma Agraria (INCORA), Programa de Desarrollo Rural Integrado (DRI) and the Instituto Colombiano de Desarrollo Rural (INCODER). This analysis establishes recommendations for the implementation of the territorial rural development approach that is discussed within the framework of the implementation of the peace agreement between the FARC-EP and the national government.” — Tomado del Formato de Documento de Grado.
