Signing of the Peace Agreement with the FARC-EP by President Juan Manuel Santos in Cartagena

On September 26, 2016, in Cartagena, the parties signed the Agreement to End the Armed Conflict and Build a Stable and Lasting Peace. The text of this agreement was subsequently renegotiated due to the results of the Plebiscite held on October 2. The definitive version was signed on November 24, 2016, at the Teatro Colón in Bogotá.
