Salvadoran politician and former guerrilla member. He founded and led the People’s Revolutionary Army (ERP, in Spanish) in El Salvador. He has been an advisor for peace processes in Bosnia, Northern Ireland, Sri Lanka, and the Philippines. He was an international advisor to the national government at the Negotiation Table.
