Unit for Comprehensive Care and Reparation for Victims (UARIV, in Spanish)

Entity created by the Victims and Land restitution Law in 2011, responsible for providing care, reparation, and assistance to victims of the armed conflict in the country. Its main function is to guarantee victims’ rights and provide psychosocial, economic, and legal support, as well as to implement individual and collective reparation programs and contribute to the construction of historical memory. It participates in the implementation of Point 5, particularly comprehensive reparation for peacebuilding.
