For more than three decades, he has served as an advisor and mediator in military, political, and business conflicts in the Middle East, the Balkans, the Soviet Union, and Venezuela. He co-founded the Harvard Negotiation Project. He participated as an international advisor to the national government at the Negotiation Table.
