On September 26, 2016, the Colombian Government and the FARC-EP signed the Agreement for the End of Conflict and the Construction of a Stable and Lasting Peace in Cartagena. This Agreement was submitted to the peace Plebiscite on October 2, 2016, in which 50.1% of votes were for “No” and 49.78% for “Yes.”
