Public servants’ ownership of the contents of the Peace Agreement must be promoted, within a public policy for peacebuilding by the national government.
It is necessary to develop an inspiring and inclusive narrative about the peace process, which includes public servants, in order to give greater meaning to public officials’ work as replicators of the process.
